How to Place Your Order:

  • Please do not hesitate to contact Telamode should you have any comments concerning placing your order.
    For orders of $400 or more, please call Telamode at: 1-800-263-2951 for shipping rate.
    1. To order any of our products, visit the products page and click the "Add to Cart" text/button for the chosen product. You will be taken to your "Cart" page. Here you may modify the quantity of the product you want to order by clicking "update cart". If you want to delete the product from your "Cart", please click "remove from cart".

    2. To continue shopping, please click "Continue Shopping" (which will return you to the Product list page) or by simply navigating to another page using the menu bar located on the left hand side of the page. Doing so will leave your current shopping cart intact.

    3. Once your shopping is done, click on "Checkout" from your "Cart" page. If you are not on your "Cart" page, click on "Cart" located under the main menu.

    4. Once on your "Checkout" page, you may continue to modify your order by following the directions in number 1 above. If this is your first time shopping at the Telamode online store, you will be asked to provide your shipping address. Once complete, click on "Next" at the bottom of the page.

    5. You will now be taken to your "Checkout" page. On this page, you may not modify your quantities nor may you delete any items on your order. However, should you still wish to change your order, simply hit the "back" button on your browser to return to the "Cart" page where you may continue to modify your order.

    6. If your order is perfect, click the "Confirm Order" button located on the bottom of the screen. You will be directed to PayPal where you may now pay for your order.

      If you have a PayPal account, please login and pay using funds already in your PayPal account or with a credit card. However, if you do not have a PayPal account and are planning on paying using a credit card, to the left of the PayPal login box is a link called "Don't have a PayPal Account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue." Click on the word Continue. (Note that payment by bank account is not available via the Telamode store.)

      However, whether you are using your PayPal account or paying with your credit card, until you actual click on "Pay Now" on the bottom of the PayPal page, you may still modify your order by simply navigating back to the Telamode website. You may do so simply by clicking the "Back" button on your browser window to return to your "Cart" page or continue shopping.

      Should you wish to cancel your order entirely, on the PayPal page, click on "Cancel and return to Telamode" located on the bottom left hand side (of you PayPal screen). Note that by doing this, your order is cancelled entirely and your shopping cart is automatically emptied.
